Shipping policy

At LYA Activewear, we know how exciting it is to receive your order. We do everything possible to process and ship your order quickly and carefully.

Carrier

All orders are shipped through Canada Post or an equivalent carrier depending on the destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Within Canada

Order value is calculated before taxes and after discounts.

International Shipping

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at info@lyaactive.com.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for fulfillment.

You will be notified by email if this situation occurs.

Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or special orders before they arrive at our distribution center.

Pre-orders and special orders allow customers to reserve an item before it becomes available in inventory. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the reservation.

Estimated shipping dates provided for pre-orders and special orders are approximate only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing delays, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order or special-order items, LYA Activewear reserves the right to ship the entire order once all items become available or to ship items separately at its discretion.

Once your pre-order or special order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, pre-orders and special orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, they are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Holiday Season

Processing and shipping times may be longer during periods of high demand, particularly during the holiday season.

We encourage customers to place orders early.
