Start a Return

Before you begin, please make sure:

- Your order was received less than 14 days ago
- The item is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- The item is not a final sale item

How to proceed:

1. Email us at info@lyaactive.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our confirmation - we will assign you a return number
3. Drop off your package at the nearest post office
