At LYA Activewear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- All original tags remain attached;
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Items containing pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
How do I initiate a return?
- Email us at info@lyaactive.com with your order number and reason for return;
- Wait for our confirmation and return authorization number;
- Ship your package through Canada Post or your preferred postal service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange any item that remains in stock. Contact us at info@lyaactive.com for exchange instructions.
The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
Holiday Exchange Policy
For orders placed between November 20 and December 25, exchanges will be accepted until January 15.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lyaactive.com and provide:
- Your order number;
- A photo of the item;
- A description of the issue.
We will cover all shipping costs associated with the resolution and work quickly to correct the situation.
